We prepare monthly securitisation/warehouse reports across a variety of asset classes, including residential mortgage loans, commercial mortgage loans, equipment leases and auto loans.

Services comprise both designing and constructing an Excel-based reporting template reflecting the specific transaction terms and populating this template prior to each payment date from information provided by the loan servicer, drawdown notices and bank statements.

Additionally, we can assist in designing systems to facilitate other Trust Management roles including issuing drawdown notices whilst satisfying subordination tests, hedging and sale/re-allocation activities.
